1. Service Description

BidRise provides an entertainment-oriented paid social leaderboard system where users can purchase and outbid specific leaderboard positions for public social media handles.

4. Payment confirmation

A checkout return page is not proof of payment. A position is applied only after BidRise receives and verifies the payment processor callback and validates the quoted amount. Payments received after a reservation expires are held for manual support review rather than automatically applied to a changed price.

5. Contact and legal information

Before public launch, the operator must publish its legal entity, registered address, support contact, and any consumer-rights information required in the countries where it offers the service. This information must be kept current in the footer and checkout.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

Users agree not to submit profiles containing:

• Malware, phishing, fraudulent, or deceptive links
• Hate speech, harassment, illegal pornography, or violent extremism
• Impersonation intended to defraud or damage third parties

Violating profiles may be removed by administrators without refund.

3. Displacements & Position Durations

Purchasing a position grants current occupancy of that spot until another user outbids or takes over that position according to the game mechanics. We do not guarantee permanent placement at any rank.
